Avorren policy

Privacy

This policy describes how Avorren handles information submitted through its website and during a prospective client relationship.

Plain-language promise: Avorren uses project-fit information to evaluate and respond to the request. It is not sold, and a submission does not add anyone to a marketing list.

Project-fit requests

When a visitor submits a project-fit request, Avorren collects the information they deliberately provide: name, company, email, optional phone number, website, project context, timing, investment range, decision authority, and content readiness. Avorren will use it only to assess and respond to that request, operate the prospective engagement, prevent abuse, and keep an accurate inquiry record. The form does not add a person to a marketing list.

How the request is handled

Avorren stores the request in a controlled Cloudflare D1 intake database, returns an on-page reference number, and sends Evan a restricted internal review alert through Cloudflare Email Service. To limit repeated automated submissions, it also stores a salted one-way hash derived from the connection address; the underlying address is not placed in the inquiry record. Cloudflare provides site hosting, the intake database, security processing, and restricted internal-alert delivery. Unconverted inquiries are reviewed for deletion within 24 months. Active client, accounting, security, legal, or dispute records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary.

Local device preference

The light or dark display choice may be stored in the browser’s local storage. It stays on the device and is not sent to Avorren.

Site measurement

Avorren does not use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising on this site. Essential hosting and security logs may be processed to operate and protect it. Any future site measurement must be disclosed here before activation.

Client projects

Project communication and source material may contain business information. The engagement agreement and operating process must define how client information, credentials, accounts, and project files are handled. Clients should retain ownership of their primary domain, content, account, and source-file records.

Questions or deletion requests

Email [email protected] to ask what project-fit information Avorren has about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Avorren may verify identity before acting and may retain records when required for legitimate legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.
